课程安排:7周在线小组科研+5周论文辅导

【项目概述】

项目内容包括顾客权益和顾客分析、顾客价值驱动因素、顾客数据分析方法、顾客保持度驱动因素评估、市场活动与顾客权益构成联系、顾客购置与顾客保留投资评估、社交媒体数据分析、第三方数据分析等。学生将在项目中,运用Excel和Matlab建立表单,分析顾客数据,对顾客场景进行评估。学生将通过项目了解企业内部市场数据的局限性,综合外部平台数据与数字媒体数据,完善顾客画像和分析,培养数字化市场营销思维和能力,在项目结束时提交项目报告,进行成果展示。

【导师介绍】

David——终身正教授

David is a Professor of Marketing at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He received his Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. David is an expert in the areas of customer relationship management and social media analytics. His research focuses on the development and application of statistical models to understand customer behavior and inform managerial decisions. His research has appeared in leading business journals including Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science and Management Science. His research has garnered numerous awards, including the Gaumnitz Junior Faculty Research Award from the Wisconsin School of Business and the Marketing Science Institute’s Buzzell Award. He has been recognized as a leading scholar by the Marketing Science Institute’s Young Scholar and Scholar programs, and by Poets and Quant’s “Top 40 Under 40.” Based on his research, he has consulted for companies including EBay, HP Labs and General Motors.
